Our technicians will size and build a system to meet your needs and establish on the Azure cloud. Once the platform is established we will implement the software package and assist you in accessing then system. Working with your IT team to optimize the results.
Interax will work with your IT group to provide suitable specs for your system. We will also work with you either onsite or via VPN to ensure the software you have purchased is installed in the optimal manner. We will go through full test scripts prior to sign off to ensure the software is functioning correctly and meets all requirements.
We provide both online and onsite training each session is customized to maximize your training time. We also record these sessions and make them available to you on completion. Our training consist of all day onsite training work we work to implement the software while training. Our online training consists of 2-3 hour sessions on specific aspects of the software tailored to address any specific issues you may have and want to solve. All our training involves passing on suggestions and tips so that you can implement your software to maximize your return.
Our configuration of your software is done in close consultation with your group to ensure that all work done further enhances your experience with our system. Both our software packages have configuration tools built right in so that should you wish after training you can make your own changes.
